• 1.5 oz. Aperol
  • 0.5 oz. lemon juice
  • 0.25 oz. simple syrup (2:1)
  • 2 dashes cranberry bitters
  • to top prosecco

I don’t much care of the frosted rim, nor the small glass, so I use a flute and no garnish. The bitters I am using are Autumn Bog Cranberry bitters from Bittered Sling. My wife really enjoys this drink.


Shake first four ingredients and pour into glass; top with prosecco.
